OFFICERS OF THE BOARD
Andragathia Inc. Ministries was
organized under a board of directors in 1997 and approved as a tax-exempt
501(c) 3 organization with four members of the board. The job of the board is
to discover the will of the living Christ and guide the ministry in agreement
with His word in Scripture. All financial business is annually audited and
reviewed. The Board of Directors meets at least 3 or 4 times a year and
maintains official minutes. The Board of Directors reviews the activities of
the ministry, establishes the budget, reviews the finances and gives direction
to any major activity of the organization.

Carl W. Wilson is the
President and C.E.O. of Andragathia Inc. He graduated with honors with three
earned degrees from Maryville College and Fuller Theological Seminary. He
approves of academic excellence, but more importantly in heart integrity and
obedience to God that grows out of faith in Christ and the power of the Holy
Spirit to obey Him.
He has been a guest lecturer at
many theological seminaries and two universities, a speaker at national and
local conferences on evangelism and discipleship all over America and in many
other nations. His books and various subjects are listed below. He has planted
several churches and pastored several churches in various types of communities
including one university church. His consulting and training for churches have
been effective and widespread.
He taught some of the earliest
marriage and family seminars and his books on marriage and the family have been
widely used. He is married to Sara Jo and they have 5 children and 17
grandchildren.

Earl Hanners has been a long time friend of Carl’s and of discipleship
ministry. Earl is the President of H and H Brake Supply Co. that has stores in
Georgia and formerly in Florida. Earl also is involved in real estate and
farming. He has always sought to run his business in such a way that he can
spend a lot of time in Christian ministry. He is an elder and pastor in the
Fayette Bible Church. He has a large interest in Christian missions and travels
overseas once or twice a year. For many years he was the Chairman of the Board
of Landmark Christian School in Fairburn Ga., which is a private school
dedicated to producing high quality Christian students. It services students in
several counties. He and his wife Scarlett, live on a cattle farm in Brooks,
Ga., outside of Atlanta. They have 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren.

Clyde Elbrecht worked with Carl Wilson in
Campus Crusade for Christ high school work for several years and has since been
involved in the hardwood business, in the manufacturing and sales of flooring
products. His flooring company furnished the flooring for President George W.
Bush’s ranch home in Texas. Clyde and his wife Pat, who also worked with have
raised the money to support 4 youth workers and they have one of the best high
in the country. They have taken students on mission projects throughout the
world, especially in Eastern Europe. Clyde and Pat live in West Plains, MO.,
where he also runs a cattle farm. They have 4 children, 3 of which are grown,
and the youngest who is in college.

Joe Martin is a Management Consultant in Brentwood, TN, specializing in
people issues such as sales, marketing,
leadership development, CEO coaching, and succession planning. Since starting
Joe A. Martin Consulting in 1983, every client has been a referral.
He currently has 10 clients in the Nashville area.
Joe became a Christian as a high school sophomore at a youth revival held at
Carl's church in Perry, GA. He helped Carl with a series of revivals in middle
and South Georgia. He played on 3 state basketball championship teams and
earned a scholarship to Troy University. In 1969, Joe received the E. S. Liston
Award from the NAIA given to the most outstanding student playing basketball in
the US. He graduated #1 in his class in mathematics and attended Auburn
University on a Woodrow Wilson Fellowship.
Joe is married to Pattie, a third grade elementary teacher, and has three children:
Joe Jr., a Marine stationed in Okinawa; Merilee, a recent honors graduate from
Middle TN State; and Will, a sophomore on a cheerleader scholarship at the
University of TN. They attend Christ Church in Nashville where Joe senior is
co-founder of the Nashville Christian Businessmen's Network whose
mission is to help businessmen grow spiritually and financially.
